Return Eligibility and Timeframe

Baggu accepts returns of full-priced items within 30 days of the purchase date. To qualify, items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact. Apparel must be unworn. Items showing signs of wear or use cannot be returned.

Sale items, including those from sale collections and promotional events, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Return Procedures and Fees

If you return a full-priced item by mail, a $4.95 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Returns made in a Baggu physical store, exchanges, and returns converted to store credit do not incur this fee.

To avoid the restocking fee and receive faster assistance, we recommend returning items in person at a Baggu store when possible.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs except when returning defective, damaged, or incorrect items. In these cases, Baggu will cover the return shipping fees.

Refund Processing Timeline

Once Baggu receives and inspects your returned item to confirm it meets return conditions, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for processing after the return arrives.

Price Adjustment Policy

If an item you purchased goes on sale within seven days, Baggu offers a one-time price adjustment. The difference will be refunded to your original payment method. This adjustment applies once per item and is not recurring.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Contact Baggu via the contact page to initiate your return or exchange.
Do not ship items back without prior authorization, as this can delay your refund or exchange.
After your return is received and inspected, Baggu will promptly process your refund or exchange.
