Baggu Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By placing an order or using the Baggu website, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If any part of these terms is unacceptable to you, please do not use the site or complete a purchase.

Order Accuracy and Pricing

Baggu strives to keep all prices and product descriptions accurate. However, errors may occur. In the event of a pricing mistake or inaccurate product description, Baggu reserves the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund. We also may limit the quantity of any item available for purchase. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you promptly.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Once an order is submitted, it cannot be modified to add or remove items. Address updates or full order cancellations are only possible briefly after order placement and must be requested immediately via our contact page. While we will make efforts to accommodate such requests, they cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping and Delivery

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned to Baggu due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will assist with reshipping. Additional shipping charges may apply.
International orders may incur customs fees and import duties, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Baggu cannot estimate or control these charges.
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control are not the responsibility of Baggu.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact Baggu promptly through our contact page. We will work with you to determine the best resolution.
